Practice website + encrypted desktop records app
A public practice website with online booking and GDPR-compliant contact forms, plus an offline desktop app for managing patient records. Notes and invoices live in an encrypted local database with the key in the OS keychain, so patient data never leaves the practitioner's machine.
WordPress rebuild, in progress
A thirteen-page rebuild of the clinic's WordPress site as hand-written HTML and CSS with no dependencies and no build step. Every original URL and image path is preserved so the clinic keeps the search rankings and inbound links it already has. The live site runs on WordPress until cutover.
Shopify storefront for an NZ supplement brand
A customised Shopify theme for a colloidal silver and gold retailer, with bespoke collection, FAQ, wholesale and retail-stockist templates. Custom product and FAQ structured data earned rich results in Google, alongside accessibility work on the review carousel.
Local search site for a West Auckland trade business
A fourteen-page site for a decking, fencing and landscaping company, with a dedicated page per service so the business turns up in local searches rather than competing on one generic page. Before-and-after gallery, testimonials, pricing, FAQs and quote forms throughout.

AI study tool — lectures into revision material
Upload a lecture and Reviso turns it into a summary, flashcards, a quiz and a practice exam, with the model calls routed through OpenRouter. Spaced repetition schedules the review, notes and cards sync across devices, and the whole thing keeps working offline through IndexedDB and a hand-written service worker.
Cinematic 3D flyover of Auckland's live trains
Pick a line and the camera flies behind a real train along its actual route across Auckland, with selectable drone, helicopter and driver views. Live vehicle positions stream in over GTFS-Realtime, reprojected from NZTM2000, with the transit API key kept server-side at the edge.
Off-grid LoRa river level sensor
A battery-powered sensor node reads river height with an ultrasonic rangefinder and transmits it over LoRa to a mains-powered gateway, with no cell coverage required. Built around a deep-sleep power budget of roughly a milliamp so a single 18650 cell lasts a season.
Design and build from scratch, or rebuild an ageing site so it loads fast and stays maintainable. Search rankings and existing links are carried across, not lost in the move.

I’m a software developer in Auckland with a Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences from AUT, majoring in Software Development. I work full-time in an engineering role, and take on client work and build my own products alongside it.
These days I split my time between building websites and software for clients, and shipping my own products, including a Shopify app now running live in merchants’ checkouts.
Outside work I’m usually outdoors somewhere, most often paragliding.
